From April 2020 until August 2020 I interned with a high-end staging company located in Alexandria, Virginia. Once graduating College I was hired and proceeded to become the Operations Manager and Social Media Coordinator. The staging company called, Finn and Baile, was started by two women Nancy Twomey and Jill Geronime. The company works with some of the top realtors in the Alexandria, D.C. and Vienna areas.

I teamed directly with the company owners and movers to increase real estate sales through design, staging, organization, product inventory and planning support. I assisted and supported both women and movers at each staging location with decor movement, packing, and organization.

I assisted with product organization and staging planning to ensure the staging and destining processes were smooth and well-planned. I created a organization system for catagorizing and managing the furniture and decor in the warehouses.
